2 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cup warmed whole milk
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb dried fettuccine
8 stripes of thick cut bacon
2 cup fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and dried
