Gorgeous fried Onions and Mushrooms in garlic butter

   Heat up a fry pan add Butter to melt.

   Then add onions, snd mushroom cut into half and mix well turning over often with a wooden spoon.

   Add Salt and Black Pepper .

   Stirring all the time., turn down to a low heat.

   It appears to be boiling, carry on turning the mixture, leave it for a minute go back and mix it turn high and mix all the time .

   It will start to dry up and it will fry better , just fry for 5 mins and its done.

   Lovely eith Steak, chicken.
