   Boil the sausage and cut it in half lengthwise.

   Make the parts using a nori puncher or scissors.

   To make the cheeks, boil a carrot and cut out a circle of carrot with a straw.

   To make the parts of the face I used this nori puncher.

   I made the nose of the panda into eyes and the mouth into noses.

   Now use the ham or sausage.

   To make the crown, use this kind of cutter and then cut it in half.

   Make the fan by cutting with a knife.

    Now use the snow peas.

    Cut the shakuhachi (bamboo flute) using a cutter.

    To make the headgear cut off the top 2/3 and cut the bottom using a knife to make the shape.

    Put the parts together like this.

    On the left is the emperor and on the right is the empress.

    Add the parts that you made and you're finished.
