Giddy-Up Horse Cake

   Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 13x9-inch pan, lining pan with foil sprayed with cooking spray before adding batter.

   Cool cake in pan 10 min.

   ; invert onto wire rack.

   Remove pan; cool cake completely.

   Cut cake into pieces as shown in both diagram and photo.

   Arrange on platter for horse's head and neck; set aside.

   Microwave chocolate and cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min.

   or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.

   Remove 1/4 cup chocolate mixture; spoon into small resealable plastic bag.

    Set aside.

    Add powdered sugar to remaining chocolate mixture; whisk until smooth and of spreading consistency.

    Spread onto cake.

    Decorate with candies as shown in photo.

    Cut small piece off 1 bottom corner of bag; use to pipe chocolate onto cake for the horse's mane.
