1
In the bread pan of a bread machine, place yeast in the bottom. Top with all the dry ingredients.
-
2
In a small measuring cup, measure out the sour cream, and add the warm water. Make sure the water is between 100 and 115 degrees-any hotter and the yeast will die.
-
3
Pour into the bread pan, and top with the garlic oil.
-
4
Set to dough cycle. Start machine.
-
5
While waiting for the dough to be ready, place garlic in a bowl and cover with olive oil. Let sit and set aside.
-
6
When dough is ready, place on a floured work surface. Cut in half and then cut the half into 8 pieces each.
-
7
Roll each piece out into a small circle. Place 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic in the middle and then roll up into a ball. Roll to seal the edges.
-
8
Brush a bundt pan with garlic oil. Place each ball of dough into the pan, piling the balls on top of each other.
-
9
When all the dough balls are filled and placed in the pan, drizzle remaining oil and garlic over the top.
-
10
Preheat oven at 375 degrees while you are filling the balls and placing them in the pan.
-
11
Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour until loaf is browned.
-
12
Remove from oven. Let sit for 10 minutes and then carefully remove bread from pan and place on a wire rack to cool slightly, until you can handle it without burning yourself.

Serve with a big bowl of pasta with marinara sauce!
