1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. toffee bits
1 c. walnuts

Combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Cut in cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press into 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Bake 10 minutes in 350u00b0 oven. Meanwhile, heat milk with chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour over the baked crust. Combine coconut, toffee bits and walnuts. Sprinkle over the top. Press firmly. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until light brown.
