   Pre-heat oven to 400

   Combine everything and mix well.

   Sugar, sliced peaches, cornstarch, almond extract, melted butter into a bowl.

   In a casserole dish like 9 x13 pour mixture into it.

   Then roll out the rolled pie crust and cut into long strips.

   You are going to criss cross it on top of the mixture.

   Melt a little butter and brush on top of the strips of dough.

   Then sprinkle a little sugar all over the top of it.

   Bake in oven for 30 minutes, or a little longer to make crust lightly brown on top.
