Cut cucumber into half inch round pieces making look like little columns and scoop out the seeds being careful not to go to deep

Next dice up the tuna in 1/4 inch pieces adding little salt and pepper to taste and adding sesame oil to taste

Now dice the tomatoes in 1/4 inch pieces and now the avocado and use the lemon juice to keep it from turning brown salt and pepper to taste

Now put a little bit of tomato in the cucumber then avocado then tuna and then garnish with sprouts on top and drizzle the balsamic glaze and spicy mayo serve chilled

You can make this 30 min before your guests arrive just don't put the balsamic glaze or spicy mayo on till ready to serve to your guests
