2 tsp *Weipa
1 tsp *Soup stock granules (Consomme bouillon powder)
1 dash *Seasoning salt and pepper
10 shakes *Chili pepper powder
1 1/2 tbsp *Sake
1 tsp *Mayonnaise
2 tbsp *Whisked egg (optional)
2 level tablespoons Katakuriko
1 Vegetable oil

Mix the Weipa and consomme with the sake, and microwave for 20 seconds.

Cut the chicken into 1 cm cubes, and lightly tenderize with a knife.
