Preheat oven to 350u00b0F.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time until combined. Add vanilla, baking soda and salt; mix well. Add peanut butter and mix until incorporated. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto a parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Remove pans from oven. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
