Slaw: In a medium sized bowl, combine slaw mix or cabbage, lime juice, garlic, mayonnaise and sugar; season with salt and pepper.

Let stand in the refrigerator until needed.

Steak: Heat broiler to high, with rack approximately 4 inches from the heat.

Line the bottom of a broiler pan with foil.

Season both sides of steaks with cumin and salt and pepper to taste (you can add any other seasoning of your choice).

Place steaks on broiler pan and broil 6 to 8 minutes for medium rare.

Transfer steaks to a cutting board; cover loosely with foil, and let rest 5 minutes.
