1 pound Ground Beef/sirloin
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning (optional)
4 whole Potatoes, Medium, Thinly Sliced
4 teaspoons Olive Oil
Salt And Pepper, to taste
4 pieces Thinly Sliced Onion
Foil Squares
Non-stick Spray
8 slices American Cheese (or Cheese Of Preference)

Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.

Combine salt and ground beef, and make into patties.

Sprinkle a grill or steak seasoning on top of the patties if you like.

Spray foil squares with non-stick spray.

Layer the potato on the foil in an approximately 4 inch mound.

I layer them with a little salt and pepper and olive oil, top with the hamburger patty and a slice of onion.

Top with another square of sprayed foil and seal the edges.

Place on the grill for 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your patty cooked.
