Favorite Apple Pie

   Mix 2 cups flour and salt in bowl.

   Cut in shortening until crumbly.

   Sprinkle 1/4 cup cold water over mixture.

   Stir with fork until dough clings together.

   Roll out half the dough on lightly floured surface.

   Place in pie plate.

   Combine apples with 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon and sugar in bowl.

   Spoon into pastry lined pie plate.

   Dot with margarine.

    Roll out remaining dough on lightly floured surface.

    Place over filling.

    Seal edge and trim.

    Cut steam vents in crust.

    Bake at 375u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
