Fantastic Salmon Pie

   Bake pie crust at 400u00b0 for 10 minutes, set aside; drain salmon saving liquid; spread salmon on a plate to flake and remove bones; beat 3 eggs; add cheese, old bay, sour cream, onion, dill and mayonnaise; stir in salmon and 1/2 c. of salmon liquid; stir mixture well and pour into baked crust; bake at 325u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean; serve warm with vegetable of choice.
