"Fantastic" Company Chicken

   Cut chicken breasts in bite-size chunks.

   Saute in frying pan with Worcestershire sauce until done.

   Salt and pepper to taste. Layer bottom of 9 x 13 Pyrex dish with chicken.

   Cook bag of veggies as directed; drain.

   Combine veggies, sliced potatoes, mushroom soup, 1/2 bag Cheddar, 1/2 can onion rings, mushrooms and sour cream; mix all together.

   Then spread mixture evenly over chicken in dish.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 35 minutes.

   Remove from oven and sprinkle rest of cheese and onion rings over dish.

   Return to oven to melt cheese and brown onion rings.

    Serve with fruit salad.
