1 small container 6 oz of gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth

Add the veal rolls at the end just for a couple of minutes to absorb the juices and reheat.
