   Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

   Combine all ingredients, except the cinnamon sugar, in a medium mixing bowl.

   Stir only until moistened completely.

   Do not overbeat.

   There will still be small lumps in the batter.

   Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.

   Fill each cup 2/3 full.

   Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
