Eli's Grilled Rib Eye Steak

   Prepare a charcoal grill with hot coals or heat a gas grill.

   Rub a generous amount of salt on both sides of the steaks.

   Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for 7 to 7 1/2 minutes on each side for rare.
