Elegant Meat Balls

   Form small meat balls with the beef, onion, carrot, egg, water and bread crumbs.

   Grease a cookie sheet.

   Place meat balls on sheet and cook at 400u00b0 for 20 minutes.

   Simmer cranberry sauce with chili sauce.

   Add meat balls and simmer, covered, in oven for 1 hour.
