Add all the ingredients to the bread machine.

Press the dough cycle.

If the flour isn't mixing in use a rubber spatula to help gather it into the dough ball but be careful not to lift the mixing attachment out of the machine.

If you think its too dry then add the other teaspoon of water and if it's too sticky add a little more flour.

At the end of the dough cycle remove the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes.

If you're going to hang your pasta to dry set up whatever system you have at this point.

If you have one of those crank pasta makers set it up too on the widest setting.

Separate your dough ball into smaller balls and let it hang to dry on your pasta dryer for a couple o minutes.

This will keep the dough from sticking in the pasta machine.

Once you put the pasta through the pasta machine keep decreasing the size of the roller.

When it's about 1/8 inch thick then change your blade so you can cut the pasta.

Then re-hang it to dry and store in the fridge.

When ready to use fill a large pot with salted water.

Bring to a boil and boil your pasta 7-10 minutes.

Cover with your favourite sauce.
