Easy Microwave Jiggly Almond Tofu – a delicious recipe with Gelatin, Water, Sugar, Milk, cream, topping. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Put the ingredients marked with in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave it for about 1 minute to dissolve the gelatin and sugar.

Add the milk, heavy cream and almond extract to Step 1 and mix the ingredients together well.

Pour the mixture from Step 2 into whatever container you like and put it in the fridge.

(In my case, I put the bowl I make the tofu in in the fridge and serve it up when it's ready to be eaten)

Use a spoon to serve the almond tofu into a bowl and enjoy.
