1 (1 lb.) tube hot pork sausage
3/4 onion
1 bell pepper
5 stalks celery
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 can Veg-All
2 Tbsp. Season All
1 Tbsp. ground comino
3 Tbsp. honey
6 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
big pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for the brave)

Chop the onion, bell pepper and celery into 1/2 inch pieces and put in a mixing bowl.

Add all other ingredients except honey and BBQ sauce.

Mix well.

In a separate dish, mix the honey and BBQ sauce together well.

Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.

Shape the meat mixture and place in the pan.

Spread half the BBQ and honey sauce on top of meat.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour.

Apply the rest of the sauce as a glaze and serve.
