Heat 4-inches of oil at 350u00b0 in a saucepan. Crumble sausage into large skillet; add onion. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; drain drippings. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Mix until cheeses melt. Lightly dampen 1 wrapper by dipping your finger in water and wiping all the edges, making 1/4-inch border around the square. Keep wonton wrappers from drying; cover remaining with a damp towel. Place rounded teaspoonful of sausage mixture in the middle of the wrapper. Fold wrapper over filling to form a triangle, sealing edges and removing air bubbles. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. Heat 4-inches of oil in a deep-fryer to 350u00b0. Fry wontons a few at a time until golden, about 1 minute. Serve hot. Makes 30.
