Ingredients: 1 envelope taco seasoning or make your own; 1 1/4 lb sirloin ground beef; 1 small onions, diced OR 1 bundle of green onions, chopped; 4 cup of shredded/ chopped lettuce; 8 oz sour cream - optional; 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese - optional; 1 tbsp garlic cloves, minced; 1 package of soft flour/corn tortillas; 5 plum tomatoes; 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped; 2 tbsp of the already diced onions or chopped g. onions; 1 1/2 tsp lime juice; 1 dash of salt and pepper
