   Melt 1/2 cup oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Sprinkle pecans over oleo.

   Mix cake mix according to directions on the box.

   Pour over the nuts.

   Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 cup oleo.

   Dip by spoonfuls onto cake.
