Easy Crockpot Ribs

   Using a sharp knife, slice the rack of ribs in half so you have two small racks.

   Generously sprinkle and rub the pork rub all over the ribs.

   Place both racks at the bottom of your crockpot.

   Place diced onions on top of ribs in the pot, followed by the minced garlic.

   Finally, pour barbecue sauce over everything.

   Place lid on the crockpot and turn heat to low.

   Cook for 7 hours.

   At this point the meat should definitely be falling off the bone!
