Easy Chicken Paprika With Sour Cream

   1. Mix the paprika, onion powder, sour cream and salt together in a small bowl.

   2. Saute bell pepper on high heat. Make it blister a bit

   Remove from pan

   3. Saute thighs until cooked.

   4. Add 1/3 C water to steam up brown bits in bottom of pan

   5. Add bell pepper and sour cream mixture.

   6. Heat and season to taste with salt.
