Easy Chicken Casserole Recipe

   Cook chicken in large pot of water.

   Can use microwave if you prefer.

   Cold.

   Remove chicken from bone.

   Cut into bite size pcs or possibly cubes.

   Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

   Cook broccoli till tender.

   Drain and layer over chicken.

   Combine chicken soup, mayonnaise, lowfat milk and lemon juice, curry pwdr, blending till smooth sauce.

    Pour over broccoli.

    Sprinkle cheese over sauce.

    Toss bread crumbs with melted butter.

    Put on top of cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

    Serve 12.

    Can be cut in half to serve 6.

    Use 8 x 8 inch pan.

    Serve with salad and dinner rolls.
