Ingredients: 400 grams Cabbage; 160 grams Nagaimo (or yamaimo); 1 dash Green onions; 1 to 2 Egg(s); 20 grams Pizza cheese; 8 grams Dashi stock granules; 100 ml Water; 1 tsp Mirin; 1 tsp Sake; 140 grams Flour; 200 grams (Thinly sliced) pork; 1 Okonomiyaki sauce; 1 Mayonnaise; 1 Aonori; 1 Bonito flakes; 1 Rice bran oil (or vegetable oil)

160 grams Nagaimo (or yamaimo)

1 Okonomiyaki sauce

Rough chop the cabbage, rinse, then drain.

If you set an electric griddle on the warming setting, you can enjoy them while they're hot.

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.

If using yamaimo, add 30 ml more water.

Add flour to the bowl, and mix well.

Increase the temperature of the electric griddle to 240 C, then coat with rice bran oil.

Quickly saute the pork until browned, and add to the batter.
