Dressing For Baked Turkey Or Chicken

   Cook celery and onion in a small amount of water until tender (about 10 minutes).

   Drain.

   In a large mixing bowl combine biscuits, celery, onion and beaten eggs.

   Add stuffing mix and other dry ingredients.

   Mix in approximately 2 quarts stock until right consistency.

   Grease baking pan with margarine.

   Bake at 300u00b0 to 325u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes until dressing is firm and brown.
