1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Doritos chips
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
pepper to taste
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drain off fat.

Add mushroom soup, milk, Cheddar cheese soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

Place layer of Doritos chips in the bottom of baking dish, followed by layer of mixture, then chips and more mixture.
