3 Shiitake mushrooms
1 half Carrot
9 boiled Shrimp
4 pods Snow peas
1 egg's-worth Kinshi tamago (finely shredded thin omelette)
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
200 ml Dashi stock
4 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
