1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 1/2 c. cooked and cleaned shrimps
1 pimiento chopped (optional)
1 1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
2 tbsp. dry white wine
Salt to taste
1 to 2 tbsp. fine dry crumbs

Heat 1/4 c. butter, blend in next 5 ingredients.

Gradually add in lowfat milk and cook, stirring constantly till thickened.

Add in remaining ingredients, except crumbs.

Pour into shallow 1 qt baking dish and top with crumbs.
