Ingredients: 1/4 cup packed brown sugar; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef; 1/2 cup milk; 1 egg; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp ground black pepper; 1 small onion, chopped; 1 celery stalk(4-5 stalks chopped); 1/4 tsp ground ginger; 1 cup bread crumbs; 2 garlic cloves; 1 tbsp worstechire sauce

Servings: persons

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 celery stalk(4-5 stalks chopped)
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp worstechire sauce

Preheat your oven to 350F, and lightly greasea cookie sheet.

Make sauce: add brown sugar, ketchup, ginger, worstechire sauce and mix well.

Set aside.

In another bowl: add remaining ingredients: beef,milk,egg,salt, pepper,onion, garlic, celery, bread crumbs.

Mix with hands and drop over mixture kn lightly greased cokkie sheet.

Mold into a loaf .

place sauce mixture over the loaf (covering it all) and place in oven for 1hr (or until juices clear).

Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
