Deli Roasted Chicken with Mushroom and Apple Stuffing

   Cook 1 small sliced apple and a 1 cup chopped mushrooms with 2 Tbsp.

   Stir in 3/4 cup apple juice and contents of Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken; cover.

   Remove from heat.
