1 Salt and Pepper
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Onion Powder
2 cup Red Wine
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Marinade loin in mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and wine for 5 to 6 hours
