1 lb lean ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup sweet red pepper, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon salt

Brown ground beef in large skillet.

Drain and set aside.

In skillet, saute garlic for 30 seconds.

Slowly bring to a simmer, turn to low and continue to simmer 40 minutes.
