Cut-Out Cookies

   Mix sugar and butter until creamy, add slightly beaten eggs. Add just a little flour and mix before adding the soda and coffee. Add rest of flour and mix well.

   Chill a few hours or overnight before rolling out or roll into rolls or squares and freeze.

   Then cut and bake.
