About 1/4 cup vinegar

4 smoked sausages (I used Schneider's Grill'ems)

Sliced smoked sausage into 1 inch chunks.

Fry the onion in a deep frying pan until soft. Add the spices and cook another minute. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the tomatoes start to dissolve. Stir in the sausage chunks and cook another 5 minutes or until sausages are hot. Serve sprinkled with additional curry powder.
