1 pound Ground Beef
3 cloves Garlic, Minced
28 ounces, weight Fire Roasted Tomatoes
8 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
6 ounces, fluid Tomato Paste
2 teaspoons Dried Basil
2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
1 whole Dried Bay Leaf
3/4 teaspoons Salt
⅛ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
