Pour a tablespoon of olive oil in the bottom of your crockpot (or spray with nonstick spray).

In one shallow bowl, pour the creamy dressing. In another, mix breadcrumbs with parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Dip each chicken breast in dressing and coat each side. Repeat with bread crumb mixture.

Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot, without overlapping if possible. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Pour the jar of sauce over the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high 3-4 hours.

About 20 minutes before you are ready to eat, boil your pasta.
