1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar

1 red pepper seeded and sliced
1/4 pineapple peeled and chopped
5 ounces sugar snap peas trimmed
1 red onion thinly sliced
steamed white rice to serve
