1/4 cups Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Diced Dill Pickles
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Preheat the broiler to high.

Start off by combining breadcrumbs, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder in a shallow dish.

Lightly whisk your egg whites in another shallow dish.

Generously salt and pepper your sole fillets.

Dip them in the whisked egg whites and then in the breadcrumbs until completely coated.

Place on a broiler pan and broil on high for 4 minutes on each side or until the fish is nice and flaky.

While thats cooking, were going to whip up a quick tartar sauce.

In a small bowl add the mayo, pickles, lemon juice and dill.

Stir it all together until combined.

Once the fish has finished baking, place on a plate with a couple of lemon wedges and a side of the lemon-dill sauce.
