Creole Beef Pot

   cut the oignons in small dices, then mix the ginger, garlic, salt and pepper all together so that you obtain a paste. Once the onions are diced, put some oil on the pot, wait until it's very hot and put everything together, add the soy sauce (half a glass) and cover with some water. Cook slowly for 4 hours. Serve with rice and chili sauce on the side.
