8 cup chicken broth

1 Celery stem, diced
1/4 cup butter
3 cup cooked wild rice
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup all purpose flour

In a large pot sautee onion, celery, and carrot until tender in the butter.

When tender add in the flour and blend well.

Slowly stir in the chicken broth

Then add in the chicken, rice, and your salt and pepper

Bring to a boil then add in your milk and let cook until thickened slightly.
