Ingredients: 375 grams Chicken & garlic ravioli; 1/3 cup Chopped chives; 2 tbsp Chopped parsley; 1 Clive garlic, minced; 1 tbsp Chicken gravy powder; 1 tbsp Butter; 3 Rasher bacon, diced; 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced; 1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach, defrosted; 1/2 Red capsicum, finely diced; 1 can Tomato soup, (approx 440ml); 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese; 300 ml Thickened cream; 2 tbsp Sour cream; 1 Salt & pepper to taste; 3 Tomatoes, chopped

375 grams Chicken & garlic ravioli
1/3 cup Chopped chives
2 tbsp Chopped parsley
1 Clive garlic, minced
1 tbsp Chicken gravy powder
1 tbsp Butter
3 Rasher bacon, diced
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
1/2 Red capsicum, finely diced
1 can Tomato soup, (approx 440ml)
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
300 ml Thickened cream
2 tbsp Sour cream
1 Salt & pepper to taste
3 Tomatoes, chopped

Add water to a large pot- bring to the boil- throw in ravioli- return to boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Strain and set aside.

In the same pot add butter and bacon and cook for for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle on chicken gravy powder and also add mushrooms and garlic.

Cook for further 2 mins.

Now add diced tomato, capsicum and herbs.

When tomato is slightly softened add tomato soup, both creams, cheese, spinach and ravioli.

Heat through, season to taste and serve with toast.
