4 chicken fillets

2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 x 400 g crushed tomatoes
250 ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

HEAT half the oil in a nonstick frypan, add the chicken and cook 34 minutes each side until browned.

Remove and set aside.

HEAT remaining oil and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes until softened.

Add the paprika and cook a further minute then stir in tomatoes.

Return chicken to the pan and gently simmer, covered, for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

STIR the PHILLY, seasonings and parsley through the chicken then simmer gently a further 23 minutes until heated through.

Place chicken on serving plates, spoon over the sauce and serve with steamed vegetables.
