Creamy Leek And Potato Soup Recipe

   In a large saucepan, combine leeks, potatoes, chicken broth and salt.

   Bring to a boil.

   Reduce heat and simmer 15 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.

   Puree mix in a blender or possibly food processor.

   Return to saucepan.

   Stir in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and chives.

   Heat gently.
