1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
5 c. cooked potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat till brown.

Remove bacon, drip on paper towel and set aside.

Cook onions in bacon drippings till crisp tender.
