1 chicken bouillon
1 bunch scallions
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Boil carrots and chicken bouillon in water for 15 minutes. Saute scallions in butter.
